At Karshine, your shopping experience should feel effortless from start to finish.If your order isn’t exactly what you had in mind, no problem: you have a full 30 days from the moment your package arrives to request a return. Simple, straightforward, and hassle-free.
How It Works
STEP 1. PREPARE YOUR ITEM
You can return your product within 30 days, as long as it’s in good condition, complete, and in its original packaging.
Consumable parts (such as pads) may be used, but the main product must remain intact and fully functional.
Please note: we cannot accept returns for incomplete items or products that show excessive damage.
STEP 2. SUBMIT THE FORM
Fill out the return form above so we can process your request as quickly as possible.
STEP 3. SHIP YOUR PACKAGE
Send your return using any courier service to:

Important: We only accept door-to-door deliveries.
We do not accept returns sent via Romanian Post, EasyBox, or cash on delivery (COD).
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
STEP 4. REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days.
Please note: returns that do not meet the conditions above may be declined.
